What does the 2-year warranty cover?

Our comprehensive 2-year warranty covers all structural components, micro-machined links, and the deployment clasp mechanism against manufacturing defects. We engineer our gear to last a lifetime.

How do I initiate a return or warranty claim?

Shipping & Orders FAQ

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

We offer Free Express Shipping across the European Union for all orders. Under our current Batch 01 Pre-Order phase, your package will be securely prepared and dispatched on September 30. Once shipped via our premium courier network, delivery within Europe takes 2–5 business days with full end-to-end tracking.

Can I change my size or cancel the order after placing it?

Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. If your package has not been handed over to the courier yet, we will gladly update your Apple Watch size or cancel the order.

Can I adjust the length of the metal band myself?

Yes. Every order comes with a complimentary link removal tool and a step-by-step printed guide, allowing you to easily adjust the length at home for a perfect fit.

What is the difference between Titanium and Stainless steel bands?

Titanium is roughly 40% lighter than steel, matches the finish of the Apple Watch Ultra perfectly, and is 100% hypoallergenic. Stainless steel (316L) offers a classic, premium weight and a brighter shine.

Are your bands waterproof and sweat-resistant?

Yes. Titanium bands are rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. They are built for daily wear, workouts, and swimming.

Will the materials cause skin irritation?

How do I know which band size to choose?

Check the back of your Apple Watch case to find the size in millimeters (e.g., 41mm or 45mm). You can also view our dedicated Size guide for guidance. When ordering, select the corresponding size option from the dropdown menu.

Which smartwatch models do your bands fit?

Our Titanium bands are fully compatible with Apple Watch Ultra 1-4 (49mm), as well as Series 4-12 and SE (46mm, 45mm and 44mm sizes).
